The instructions below show how to call-forward your call to us using simple call-forwarding.  These instructions may vary by local telephone company, please consult your local telephone company if the instructions below do not work for you.

To forward your phones:

  1. Pick up the line you would like to forward to us.  If you have a multi-line phone system, this is usually the first line.
  2. Dial 72#. You will get another dial tone.
  3. Dial your call-forward number (given to you by VoiceLink).
  4. When the line is answered, inform the operator you are forwarding the line.
  5. Hang up.

To UN-forward your phones:

  1. Pick up the line you originally forwarded to us.
  2. Dial 73#. You will get another dial tone.
  3. Hang up.
