The instructions below show how to call-forward your call
to us using simple call-forwarding. These instructions may vary by local
telephone company, please consult your local telephone company if the
instructions below do not work for you.
To forward your phones:
- Pick up the line you would like
to forward to us. If you have a multi-line phone system, this is
usually the first line.
- Dial 72#. You will get
another dial tone.
- Dial your call-forward number
(given to you by VoiceLink).
- When the line is answered, inform
the operator you are forwarding the line.
- Hang up.
To UN-forward your phones:
- Pick up the line you originally
forwarded to us.
- Dial 73#. You will get
another dial tone.
- Hang up.
