If you have a small company and need someone to answer your line full-time, we can serve you well.  Many of our clients use us as a replacement for a receptionist.  We can provide many of the benefits of a receptionist at a fraction of the cost of hiring an employee.

We can give you a toll-free number, which you can give out directly to your clients, place on your business cards, publish on your website, etc.  If you have your own number already, you can call-forward your existing number to us.

When we get a call, we will answer promptly and in your company name.  We try hard not to make it obvious to callers that we're an answering service and we don't volunteer this fact to callers.  We want your callers to assume we're simply a receptionist working in your office.

We can handle normal office-type messages, as well as special purpose messages.  Some of the special purpose applications we currently provide include order entry, automated equipment alarm monitoring, and emergency reporting lines.

Once we've taken a message, there are a variety of ways for us to get that message to you. Our most popular option is to simply e-mail the message directly to you. Instructions can vary depending on type of call as well. For instance, you could have us call you immediately with any urgent calls, but e-mail non-urgent calls. We are a full-service answering service, not just a simple dispatch service, and we'll do anything within reason and our capabilities to meet your needs.
