We can answer your phone for you during the business day, either all the time or just when you need us. We'll answer in your company name, try hard not to make it obvious we're an answering service (we like callers to think they've simply reached a receptionist in your office), take a message, and relay the message according to your instructions.

Any calls that come in after your business hours are automatically routed to our voicemail system, where callers can leave a message for you.  Optionally, you may also give callers the ability to press zero for assistance from a live operator if the call is urgent.

The calls that come to live operators during the day can be handled in a number of different ways.  You can have us patch an urgent call directly to you on your cell phone.  You can have us e-mail messages to you. We can send all calls to you as a text message on your cell phone (and carbon copy it to your e-mail simultaneously). Different types of calls (e.g., sales calls vs. customer service calls), or calls for certain individuals, can be handled differently. See our message delivery options page for more details.

We can answer your calls for you all the time, only when you're out, or automatically if you don't answer by a certain number of rings or if your lines are busy. For all the options and how they work, see our Getting Your Calls to Us page.
